Joyce Wang gained a double-major in Architecture and Materials Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and later attended the Royal College of Art in London. Her architectural approach, cinematic references and interdisciplinary inspirations give her award-winning projects a sense of drama and narrative that captivate and engage audiences. Wang’s latest commissions have been the guest rooms at the legendary Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles and the Ammo restaurant in the Asia Society Hong Kong Center. She founded the Joyce Wang Studio, Hong Kong in 2010.
