Get off at Wanchai station (Exit A5). HKCEC is connected to Wanchai MTR station through bridges and it takes about 10 mins walk from MTR station to HKCEC.

Taxi fares are charged by metered tariff. HKCEC has two wings: old and new. Both wings are connected together, so drop off at either wing should be fine.
