Yasuji Akamatsu is the Project Manager for OSORO, a new concept of functional tableware, cookery ware and food storage vessels manufactured by the Narumi Corporation, Japan’s first mass producer of bone china tableware, which he joined as a member of the international tableware sales and marketing team after he graduated in 1983. OSORO, its latest product line, aims to help people resolve problems about cooking and eating that have arisen as the result of changing modern lifestyles.
